Once your order is processed and shipped, transit times found below take effect:

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date

All orders are shipped and insured up to $200 with USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

*International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables that are out of our control.

We have found that FEDEX is the best shipment method for international orders. Please contact us if you'd like to upgrade your shipping method. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective country.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Production time: Because our jewelry is handmade to order, orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us first so we can make sure that the jewelry can get there in time.

Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise we may not be able to cancel it, as it may be in production.

Lost Packages: If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package.

Once a package leaves our studio, we have no control over the package. ZELESTE is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
