Hey there lovely soul!

At Zeleste, we offer a groovy 100 Days warranty from the date of purchase that covers any manufacturer defects. Here are some examples of defects that are covered:

  • Spring clasp breaking
  • Chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring
  • Chain breaking in the middle without force being applied to it (no stretched links)

If your item qualifies for the warranty, we'll fix it up for you free of charge! However, please keep in mind that our warranty doesn't cover items that were broken with force, like accidentally pulling on the chain and breaking it. But no worries, we may still be able to repair it for a small fee.

If you need to request a warranty, just send an email to info@zelestestudio.com with the subject "Warranty Request - Order #xxxx" and attach some clear photos of where the defect is, as well as some pics of the whole necklace. In the body of your email, please include your name, order number, and a brief description of how it broke. We'll take a look and get you taken care of in no time!

For repair requests, simply send an email to info@zelestestudio.com with the subject "Repair Request - Order #xxxx" and include the same information as above. We'll review your email and let you know what the repair fee is before proceeding.
